RESERVATION ADMIN
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Oversee and maintain the booking platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective written and spoken communication in English.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in managing reservations and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.
  • Develop strong customer service skills, focusing on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently with efficiency and precision.
  • Be proactive and capable of working quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:
 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptable to changing work schedules.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates initiative, efficiency, and the ability to handle tasks promptly.
  • Prior experience in reservation management or hospitality is a plus.
